3D model description

Here is my E-Jato conversion. Inspired from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1581048 (conradj87). I consolidated his motor mount and I made all new parts.
The 3D printed parts made the chassis stiff !
You will need to block the 2 speed tranny if you want to use brake and reverse. I block it simply by adding smalls pins inside the gearbox (see pictures) and remowing one gear (If I remember well).

See my Jato here at 26s : https://youtu.be/2eAbIpnACgw?t=26

Print setting :
Print the motor mount in ABS ! I tried with PLA but the engine becoming too hot made it to melt a little after ~5-6 runs. But you can use PLA if you want and if your motor keep cold.
All of the other part can be printed in PLA.
The spur gear should be printed in PLA (ABS is not hard enough) I managed to use 3D printed spur gear for ~10 runs with brushless 4000kv and 2S Lipo. There are easy to replace.

Assembly :
You will need to keep the stock servo mount and screw the two parts on the 3D printed front plate.
No need to drill hole under the chassis plate.
I use rubber part from old inner tube to fix the battery and the receiver cover.

There are two front plates. One is lighter than the other. Use the one you like. If the lighter broke on big jumps, print the other.

Electronic : I use a cheap X-car 120A esc from hobbyking and a 4000kv brushless motor.
