3D model description

This is a belt tensioner for Anet a8 // a8 plus that use same x axis group.
Start from the tensioner from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2934446

I'm using a self modified version of a toothed idler by GonzoG that use idler with integrate ball bearing.....
Unfortunately after some month and lot of prints idlers broke one or both bearings and start to chatter and.......
So, after 6 of them broken...., I have decided to create this part that use standard ANET a8 // A8 ball bearing (used for belt....as photo) and a Idler without bearing (you can pull off both ball bearing by using an M3 screw and a hammer and M8 bolt for bottom support .....). It's a way to reuse broken part.
For this mod You'll have to print and use the inner part to reduce from 6mm to 3mm the inner of the idler, this for using M3 screw.
If the print it is too big use a file to adapt in other case just scale a little bit with slicer or a cad. NOTE: inner part has to be stiff inside not playing.

You'll need:
2 x ANET belt tensioner ball bearings as photo.
1 x M3 x 25mm screw for the bearing part
1 x M3 self lock bolt
4 or 5 x M3 washer 2 outside ball bearings and 2 o 3 as internal spacer (depends on washer thickness you have and print tolerance).
2 x M3 bolt
2 x M3 x 25 or 35 mm screws (long as your need)
