3D model description

This is my take on the belt mounts/tensioner on the CTC I3 Pro B

It is made for GT2 20T Idler with 5mm ID bearing

To assemble you need a countersunk M5 16mm screw, idler and a M5 square nut

To mount it you need a M3 screw, preferably the same that hold the original, M3 nyloc and the original wing nut and washer

It is under construction and I might do some changes

Edit:

I've added another version for the same idler.

It uses a M4 screw and a M4 square nut instead of the M5. To ensure that the idler is in the right place I've added a 0,2mm lip around the hole for the bearing. I've also changed the way to tension it. Now you insert a M3 square nut int to the holder and use a regular screw to tension it from the outside.

Edit 2: I wasn't liking that the X-carriage couldn't use the whole 200mm travel I made another version of the mount. This version is a bit special an requires that the machine is printing almost perfect. This version has a 4,99mm tube that the bearing is "pressed" on to and has a 3,2mm hole through that is for a M3 screw at about 10-12mm. I would recommend that you use a screw that is countersunk and has a head slightly bigger than the bearing ID. Or you could use a hex cap screw that has an OD that matches the bearing ID and use some locking compund, that also requires you to shorten the mounting tube.

The mounting to the ZX-carriage is the same as before with a M3 square nut

Edit 3: I've made yet another version of the X-axis idler pulley. This time a bit slimmer since I've noticed that the previous version was a bit to wide so that the pulley wasn't perfectly aligned.
