3D model description

I designed this Balsa Stripper to run in a strip of 20x40 Aluminium Extrusion... I found that the 500mm extrusion was a good practical length but you may want longer. I clamped the extrusion on each end but is could easily be screwed to a surface.
You will need 1x M3x4 and 1x M4x4 threaded 3D printing Brass Inserts.
The blade is a standard Stanley 1991B craft blade which measures 50mm x19mm x.6mm... (be careful you don't get the Fatmax or Heavy Duty blades as they can be 60mm long).. There is an M3x8 hex head stainless screw and 3mm washer to hold the blade in place and it can be rocked to allow fine adjustment to level to the cutting surface. An M4x20 hex head screw for the adjusting slot in the sliding head. The blade cutting edge fits into a safety groove so there is no chance of cutting yourself and to adjust you simply slacken the screw on the head and place the thickness of wood between the stripper and the extrusion then tighten the head. One big advantage with this stripper is that you can enter the sheet gradually thus preventing the blade following the grain and running off line.
