Since my wife is pregnant for the 4th time, I was wondering, what could I do with my printer and make an unique memory.
I've found some similar ideas, but it wasn't enough.
So i've started to design it on my own... and here it is: Pregnancy Evolution.

Now I can assemble as I want the memory of my growing baby!

I can simply print out the body selecting the month of picture we have, same month cover and the base (each month got different size of image and belly).

Because, for now, we have only one picture, I can use some fills (or not) to fill out the "puzzle holes".
When we'll have more pictures, I'll print out new month: body+cover+base and with joint files will assemble them togather (in front, back, side or where I want).

When my child will be born, we'll have an unique memory of our growing child in mothers belly. :)

3D printing settings

Final heigh is aprox. 15,7cm.
Picture holes (grow) from aprox. 1,5cm up to 4cm.
Use any resolution as you like (I use 0.2mm).
15/25% infill is more than enough.
For FIlls and Joints... there are more options you can use, select the one you like most.
There are 3 sizes of Joint and Fills:
...-tolerance_0.stl : this is the same size as the puzzle hole.
...-tolerance_0.2.stl : this file is 0.2mm smaller than the puzzle hole.
...-tolerance_0.4.stl : this file is 0.4mm smaller than the puzzle hole.
...so first test which one suits for you and than print as many Fills and Joints you need.
