3D model description

Feature's 4 files (Front rim, Front tire, Rear rim, Rear tire). This combo is suitable for drag racing and pro-street models. Rim's feature a positive (front) and zero (rear) offset, and a 4 mm axle plug with 2mm hole. The rear tires have no tread to emulate slicks, and the front tires are designed after the classic "Pizza Cutter" wheel's you see on drag cars. The axle plug on the front rim has been extended slightly to allow modifying the wheel's location inward or out. Please feel free to download the axle hub extender (separate listing) if more offset is needed.

Please note:

Due to the sizing of these wheels and tires, this combo is not interchangeable with other AMP wheel's and tires.

These wheels have been scaled to 1:24 from these dimensions:

Front wheel setup (in inches):
Rim: 15x4
Tire: 26x4x15

Rear wheel setup (in inches):
Rim: 15x11
Tire: 28x10.5-15

Actual file dimensions (scaled 1:24):

Front rim: 15.87mmx4.75mm
Front tire: 27.52mmx6.2mm

Rear rim: 15.87mmx11.53mm
Rear tire: 29.63mmx13.86mm

This wheel and tire combo should give a significant rake, model suspension customizing is recommended for proper fit.

These wheel files are designed primarily for resin printed applications. Any other type of printing may not provide desired results. These wheel's were designed with scale plastic modeling in mind and are not recommended for R/C applications.

Use a raft and supports. Position the rims face up, slightly tilted. Use medium supports around the rim edge and light supports on the backside of the face. Avoid too many heavy supports on the rim face, this could cause damage to the face when removing the supports.

Use a raft and supports for the tires. Position the tires slightly tilted.
