3D Printer GGS01 X-Axis Supports

Here are the X-axis motor and tensioner mounts.

(They are also direct replacements for the Tronxy P802 printer).

With these parts I still use PLA+, which is more resilient.

As with the previous parts, the holes that are horizontal when printed vertically may not have the exact diameter, especially with each printer's custom settings.

Thus, these holes would require the intervention of an 8 mm drill bit. It should be done with a very slow and careful turning of the drill. Keep in mind that PLA is less machinable than ABS and the speed would be abrasive for it. At the same time , doing it slowly and carefully would prevent any undesirable deformation from occurring.

All the parts I have made in the assembly, have been printed for the first time and without any other corrections.

First the parts are fitted together with the two horizontal axes. Then the vertical axes are fitted to them and supported over the holes of the left and right Z motor supports.

Well, the completion of these elements is explained with the upper plate parts.

For the belt tensioner I have added the model with nut. So you can choose to mount the previous one, which can be mounted from behind without removing the threaded shaft, or mount the updated one with nut.

The printing time is more than five hours. Taking into account that it is the sum of both parts and that I choose a high fill percentage and medium speed.
