3D model description

I recently bought two Hellbot Magna 1 destroyed in their hotend. I took advantage of the situation to put a direct extruder bmg+e3d v6 depositor set. After a thousand trials and errors, searching everywhere, I have modified some models already found here and adapted them to the needs. Acknowledgements will be duly added at the end of this.

Considerations:

I have used two printers to create the parts: Tevo Tarantula Pro and Ender 3 v2. I have placed supports where I thought appropriate, each one knows the limits of his machine. I have chosen this layer fan because it is the one that gave me the best performance.

  1. In my case, I used a 4010 fan, maybe something more robust could be used, as long as a silicone cartridge is used in the block so as not to suffer from Thermal Runaway.

  2. The size of the fan mount can be reduced to bring the tip of the vent duct closer to the nozzle. Personally it gave me good results like this.

  3. Keep in mind that I am not a designer and try to do things with what I have on hand. I hope it helps someone.
