Modular Clip Tool Holder (for Prusa and more)

This is a modular customizable set of tabletop tool holder sections. Print only the holders you need. Each holder is printed separately and they are held together by pairs of tension clips, which are also printed seperately. No glue is used, just friction force from the clips. The tension force is quite strong as each clip pulls in the opposite direction and this results in increased gripping friction in the end channel guides of each holder section. You can assemble the holders in whatever arrangement you prefer, and have the clips face in or out.

Supports Prusa tools (and others):

Printing:
-print at a .2 layer height with 20% infill for tool holders, and .2 layer height and 100% infill for the end clips
-no supports are used in any of the tools or needed

Includes these Holders to fit the Prusa specific tools:
-pliers holder - fits prusa pliers and most needle nose small pliers, now improved to add a 'V' shape inside the holder
-sd card holder (standard size) holds 2
-screwdriver (max diameter 5.5mm) (holds 3 - fits the Prusa orange handled screwdriver perfectly)

Clips:
ClipV2 has .1mm greater height and width so will be slightly tighter. Print out both and see which one works better after you print a holder part and see how it fits. Once you decide on the clip model, print them all out at once - they take about ten minutes each by themself. I use the V2 clips but give them a light sanding until they fit the way I want.

Please also remix and make your own holders with the included baseplate fusion file. Just adjust the width and it will scale. Make it at least 16mm wide to fit the clips. See if you can improve the clip design with the included clip fusion file (the included one is for Clip not ClipV2, which has added a .1 mm to the width and height which is 2.8 and 5.8 in v2).
