3D model description

There are two files:

  • The main Loop
  • The KlickFast Hex Part

Print both without support. The hex part face down.

Insert a brass nut into the thick part of the loop (the hole with curvy sides) and then use an M3 screw to tighten the loop around the torch. Do not tighten too much or it will break.

For the hex part use an M2 threaded insert and place it into the curved bottom of the hex part.

Insert an M2*12 Flat Socket Head Cap Screw through the loop. To lock the hex part to the loop simply add a bit of glue and twist the hex part or the screw to secure in place.

Once installed it should click in place into your KlickFast holder (here you can see a belt version). To remove, simply turn your torch 180Β° and pull.

Print 100% infill PLA or PETG
