3D model description

I was making an intake and needed some pie cuts.
Drew this up to suit std 2.5 inch 1.6mm wall tube.

The cut through it is to mark the cuts for alignment and has a flexi spot on the back so its easy to slide the pipe through.

Mark one side down the line, turn 180 degrees and mark again, then simply extend your chosen length and rotate 180 between each cut for identical precise cuts.

I used with a bandsaw, but you could use it to just mark and then cut by hand or with a drop saw if you didnt get it too hot.

3D printing settings

prints fine with a course layer height and 3 walls and 15% infill
