3D model description

Update 6/2/2015: removed the old files as they are inferior to the v2 upload. I didn't want anyone getting confused on which files to download. I have printed about 15 of these for a project and they are working great. This will no longer be listed as a "work-in-progress"

Update 5/26/2015: v2 uploaded. it is now a bit larger which makes it stronger and allows for a larger screw. Printing on my printer went from 8 minutes to 14 minutes per. see the instructions for more information.

Very small wire management bracket that is extremely simple and fast to print. Created to run wires under my model railroad table.

3D printing settings

Download the v2 version of the wire management bracket. Going through the settings, printing these at 100% fill printed faster than doing a 15% or 20% fill. The hole now fits #8 screws. I used #8 x 1" for fastening to a 2x4.
