3D model description

Hi everyone,

I have created a filament guide that can be mounted on a Anycubic i3 Mega/Mega S.

you will need that guide if you use a ceiling mounted spool holder like i have designed it here:

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4704137

The benchmark SD card holder you can find here:

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4787018

You can screw the holder on existing screwholes, and for the small guides you will need some double sided adhesive tape to guarantee a safe fit.

There are 8 different parts to print:

  • 1x SH_Ulenkrolle | filament pulley with ball bearing 624

  • 1x SH_deflection protection | filament pulley guide

  • 1x SH_Distancer | Spacer for the ball bearing

  • 1x SH_Filamentfuhrung_B | filament guide for the extruder

  • 1x SH_Filamentfuhrung_Haken_ben | upper frame guide

1x SH_Filament_guide_hook_down | lower frame guide

  • 1x SH_Filament_sensor_holder_base | filament sensor baseplate

  • 1x SH_Filament_sensor_holder_clip | filament sensor cable clip

You will need these extra parts:

  • 1x 624 Roller Bearings Ø4 x Ø13 x 5mm

  • 2x M3x18 screw

  • 1x M3x8 screw

  • 3x M3 nuts

  • 2x M3 washers

  • some piece of double-sided adhesive tape

Servus,

I have designed a filament guide / deflector that can be mounted on an Anycubic i3 Mega / Mega S.

You will need this baffle if you are using a ceiling mounted spool holder like the one I have designed here:

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4704137

You can find the SD card benchmark holder shown here:

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4787018

You can screw all the holders to the existing screw holes. For the small guides, you will also need double-sided adhesive tape to ensure a secure hold.

8 different parts must be printed:

  • 1x SH_deflection pulley | Deflection wheel with ball bearing 624

  • 1x SH_deflection protection | Protection for the filament

  • 1x SH_Distancer | Spacer for the ball bearing

1x SH_Filament_guide_B | Filament guide for the extruder

  • 1x SH_Filament_guide_hook_top

  • 1x SH_Filament_guide_hook_down | If you do not want to use a filament sensor, simply print 2x "SH_Filament_guide_hook_up"

  • 1x SH_Filament_sensor_holder_base | Filament_sensor_base_plate

  • 1x SH_Filament_sensor_holder_clip | Filament_sensor_cable_clip

Additional parts required:

  • 1x 624 ball bearing Ø4 x Ø13 x 5mm

  • 2x M3x18 screws

  • 1x M3x8 screw

  • 3x M3 nuts

  • 2x M3 washers

  • some double-sided adhesive tape
