3D printing settings

My settings for my Artillery Sidewider X1:

  • 0.3mm layer printing for large parts.

  • 0.1mm layered printing for the armament and cockpit interior.

I didn't need any support.

I used 100% filling

A brim for the armament.

There are two possible cockpits, one with no opening and another designed to accommodate pilots and windows.

Weapon turrets are able to swivel,

they can be placed above and below the ship (in which case, print 2 times the armament).

To mount the armament, glue the washer around the axle, pass the axle through the hole in the square bracket and then glue the turret to the axle. The turret and axle must rotate freely around the bracket.

If you don't want to arm, replace them with the plugs.
