¡Bienvenidos a Asturias!

St. Peter's Church (Iglesia de San Pedro Apóstol) is a catholic temple in the northern Spanish city of Gijón, in Asturias. It is one of its most representative buildings.

An important fact is that, unlike most European churches that date as far back as the Middle Ages, the current church is quite recent, built between 1945 and 1955. The original gothic church was destroyed in 1936 in the events revolving the Spanish Civil War. It was rebuilt in a Historicist style inspired by Romanesque and Asturian Pre-romanesque by architects Francisco & Federico Somolinos (from Wikipedia).

MiniWorld 3D is excited to bring this charming model to life as a homage to all the people of Asturias. This model was made from scratch by hand and brain in Autodesk Fusion 360, please give credit, it's all about spreading culture and education!

No support required. Arches and vaults support themselves with 45 angles.

Scale is pretty big for MiniWorld's standards, but using the best quality or scaling bigger helps bring out the details.
