This is a full scale 3D Printable render of an AGM-114 Hellfire Air-To-Air Missile. It's made of about 50 separate body parts and roughly 190 fasteners. All dimensions are taken from reference images of a real AGM-114 Hellfire. They are not images you can find online. They come from a friend in the military and only exist on my computer. These images allow me to create extremely accurate digital renders that I fabricate into full scale physical models. The entire digital model can be scaled to any size. Message me if you need a specific scale and I'll upload the files.

If you want a more accurate model, you're going to have to contact Lockheed Martin!

3D printing settings

I use strictly 3DXTech Carbon X, carbon fiber PLA(carbon strands, not carbon powder). I very rigid . It allows for much thinner, stable parts. You can print with anything. There is a small tolerance for proper fit, built in to all the parts. Depending on your printer, print temperature, filament, and other factors will affect the tolerance. Print a few small pieces to see if you need more or less tolerance. If you have an issues, message me.

You can use aluminum tubing but the entire body is 3D printable

3DXTech CarbonX PLA
- I print very successfully at 70mm/sec
I print with an Ultimaker 2 Extended+
-.4mm hardened nozzle
- .16mm for smaller parts
- .20 - .24mm for larger parts
- part cooling only for the smallest parts
- supports are only required for a few parts
- everything should be 3D printed with solid infill
- I use 1mm carbon fiber sheet for all the fins, they're really strong
