3D model description

I'd been looking for a 100-110mm micro FPV quadcopter frame that uses 7mm motors and the Inductrix (Tiny Whoop) flight controller but couldn't find what I was needed so I drew up my own.

It's a 106mm frame that accepts 7mm motors (Hubsan X4) along with the stock Inductrix flight controller or the BeeBrain flight controller which gives you full acro (rate) mode.

You can either solder the motors directly to the board or put connectors on the motors and plug them into the board.

The top plate is designed to fit the FX798T Micro FPV Camera & 5.8GHz 40CH 25mW VTx Combo with the Mullet Mod done to it so the VTx can lay flat and be protected under the top plate along with the antenna. The posts on the top plate are threaded for 3mm screws, if you're going to use plastic screws please thread in a metal screw first so that the plastic ones go in easier. You then use double sided tape to mount the camera to the 10 degree mount on the bottom of the top plate.

You'll need 7- 2x6mm screws to mount the flight controller (4 screws) and battery holder (3 screws). The USB port on the BeeBrain can be accessed through the bottom of the frame by removing the 2 screws on the sides of the battery holder and rotating it to the side.

Here's a quick video flying around the yard. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ujct0ZZfTHk

The AUW without a battery is 33.8 grams and with a battery it is 46.4 grams.

I'm getting about 5-7 minutes of flight with a 500mAh 1S battery.

I'm using a different camera than the one that is included with the FX798T. It's this camera from SurveilZone which is smaller and lighter.

If someone would like this designed to work with the stock Hubsan X4 flight controller just leave a comment below and I will draw one up.

Have fun.
