3D model description

The Bluetooth speaker is based on a ready audio module XH-A150 and Full Range speakers AIYIMA 53 mm, 4 Ohm, 15 W.
The XH-A150 audio module has a wide range of functions: receiving an audio signal with Bluetooth support, decoding of USB-Flash and MicroSD TF cards. The module has a built-in 2*5W stereo amplifier.
The PCB has a battery holder in which you have to insert the TR18650 battery (please pay attention to the positive and negative poles!). The PCB supports charging via a micro-USB connector.
There are 4 universal control buttons on the PCB, which are displayed on the front panel of the Bluetooth speaker for your convenience (short press / long press):
- Mode – Switch USB-disk / TF Card (to turn on Bluetooth, you need to eject USB-disk and TF Card)
- Play – Pause, Playback
- Next/V + – Next track / volume up
- Prev/V - – Previous track / volume down

FOR ASSEMBLY YOU NEED NEXT TOOLS AND MATERIALS:

  • Screwdriver.
  • Hex keys.
  • Nut Driver with handle for nut size M3 for installing speakers inside the body. You can also use the printed Nut driver model inserted into 4mm hex key.
  • Soldering iron (to solder one speaker connector to the opposite side of the PCB, to solder the wires to the speakers (red - plus, black - minus) and to melt the Brass Embedment Nuts Hot Melt M3 into the body to secure the back panel.
  • Super Glue for gluing the front panel. Maximum print sizes: 190 x 72.1 x 101.4 mm
