Boomerang Flower Power Up from Super Mario 3D Land Nintendo

We're kickin' it old school with this Boomerang Flower Power-Up from Nintendo's Super Mario Brothers video game series. It's an easy print that comes in two pieces - a Bottom (stem and petals) and a Top (boomerang). The bottom prints with no-supports. The boomerang itself should not need supports, but that will depend on your printer and slicer settings. I was able to print both pieces smoothly without support.

Boomerang Mario Background Info
This superior PowerUp item first appeared in the November 2011 release of Super Mario 3D Land for Nintendo 3DS. It has since appeared in Super Mario 3D World, Super Mario World + Bowser's Fury, Super Mario Maker 2 (update 3.0.0), Mario Golf: World Tour, multiple editions in the Mario Kart series, and more. The Boomerang plant even makes an appearance in the Super Mario Minecraft Mash-Up, replacing Oxeye Daisies.

Like traditional flower-power items in the Super Mario Bros. video game series, this unique power up appears as a flower shaped like a boomerang. When acquired, it transforms Mario (or the current playable character - Luigi, Princess, Toad, etc.) into Boomerang Mario. The fancy power suit and projectile weapon combined make it one of the coolest and most powerful character powers in the game.

BOOMERANG PAINT & ASSEMBLY
Assembly is simple. There are only two pieces. Glue the top onto the bottom and it's done. But before you do that, consider giving him a quick paint job.

It takes very little effort to paint the boomerang flower power. Print the leaves (Bottom) in green and the boomerang (Top) in white. From there, a dab of black paint on the eyes and a little blue on the band is all you need.

If you really want to make the colors pop, go ahead and paint the boomerang in white first. Allow that to dry, then paint the black eyes and blue band. Top that off with a clear gloss coat, and he'll be dressed to impress.
