3D model description

I am excited to present you my first project. The AAP 01 rifle kit. The AAP is a cheap, powerful, and famous pistol with a high cadence. It is also a great build platform. So, my kit aims for the real transformation of this pistol into a full-pledged assault/DMR rifle. I was able to achieve 2,2J - 2,25J on full gas with a 6,03 x 370 mm inner barrel (that's something around 500 fps) . But it will depend on the length of the used inner barrel. The Kit itself is designed with an m-lok handguard, but the kit should be compatible with standard m4 handguards (You have to use the upper part rail intended for that). The adjustable stock is also exchangeable for standard AR stocks.

Kit contains:
- m-lok handguard
- light adjustable stock
- 35 mm dummy silencers in three lengths
- outer barrel base in two lengths (long and short)
- outer barrel in various lengths (from 3 to 10 cm)
- buffer tube (with four positions)
- buffer tube fixing nut
- delta ring for handguard
- kit itself - two parts - upper part and butt part
- rails for handguard and upper part (they are separated for better look)
- charging handle

EXTERNAL PARTS
1. superglue (For sticking rails - they don't hold there by themselves) I recommend spray-activated superglue
2. screws:
-M3 screws
4x10 imbus flat head
3x15 imbus flat head
1x7 imbus flat head
1x18 imbus flat head
1x25 phillips pan head
1x33 phillips pan head
1x15 phillips pan head
-M4 screws
1x20 phillips flat head
1x50 phillips flat head (not necessary - works just as fixing pin)
-M5 screws
3x10 imbus socket head
3. nuts:
-9xM3
-1xM4
-2xM5
4. spring for stock (outer diameter 10 cm length 12-15 cm)

To fix the base for delta ring use the original screws from the hop-up area.

You won't need folowing original parts of AAP 01:
-fixing pin (replaced with M3x33 screw)
-outer barrel with front sight
-rear sights (to keep bolt in place use M3x18 - otherwise it will fly away)
-original barrel (This kit is designed for at least 250 mm barrel but if you use the shortest possible configuration without silencer it should be fine)

Dislocation of screws can be seen from the photos.

Edit 12. 4. 23.
I added QD mounts on the butt part.

Edit 19. 8. 23.
Added longer version of the handguard. (You need to have at least 340 mm print height.)

3D printing settings

Printed from PETG. You can also use PLA/ABS If you want.
Infill at least 40% but I used 60%.
Infill pattern: grid
Layer height: 0,2 or lower
Supports: ON but only on big overhangs and consider them well because if you use them on wrong place they will have negative effect on final look. Don't use them on overhangs at an angle - It's not nescessary!

Your printer has to be able to print at least 210 mm height. (Unless you want to print a longer version of the handguard, then you need to have at least 340 mm print height.)
