Alfawise W10 120mm Fan Ducted Vent to 60mm Opening

Designing this so my Quiet 120mm Fan can be ducted to underneath the Alfawise W10 AFTER disconnecting its CRAZY AIRCRAFT-TAKING-OFF NOISE-60mm-FAN to give it a bit more forced air intake...

Because the Heatsink is very low to the case and the Crazy TOOLS @ Alfawise used a NON PWM 60mm Fan - it SCREAMS THE HOUSE DOWN and People REALLY CANT BEAR to be in the same ROOM as this cheap-as-chips affordable (M)SLA 3D Printer !

Still designing this so its a work in progress but updating several projects as and when i have the energy and time for, this one due to the tiny build area of SLA Resin Printers ive cut into quarters to make the top sections of the 120mm Fan Mount -

There is a 'Slot' in the design so that a piece of Stainless Steel MESH can be cut to size and fitted inside it between the fan and the top of the 60mm opening, this is to stop dust getting in the resin printer's internals

*** The Stainless Steel MESH *** i used was Bought from Alexpress as a roll and is 600-MESH as the measurement of how tight/close-knit the weave is, *** higher that number, the smaller the particles that can pass through it. ***

4 Holes for 120mm Fans will also need to be cut/poked/punched in the 4 corners of the mesh before insertion into the model

Also lastly, there will be another mesh added to the lower part thats to be made so the intake of the 120mm fan also filters the air going into the Alfawise W10's Housing, thus being "Double Filtered" just to have that much more peace of mind that dust and debris will be significantly minimised entering the housing compared to the stock non-modified version of this cheap Resin Printer !

A Lower Section is also being designed which will incorporate an SD Card extender so one doesnt accidently insert the SD Card into the metal housing and have to resort to opening the darn thing up lol
