3D model description

This is a peristaltic pump designed to fit on a NEMA14 stepper motor.

This pump can go up to 65mL per minute at 200RPM with a 0.8mm internal diameter tube. If you need a bigger flow rate, you can choose a tube with a bigger internal diameter. In that case, you can replace the 0.8 in this formula to calculate the new maximum flow rate:

This pump has been designed to be used with a 1mm thick wall tube. If you want to use a different wall thickness, you need to change the parameters in the provided source file.

In addition to the printed pieces, you will need the following parts:

You are not forced to print the cover, though it's recommend to protect the bearings and the tube from particles that could damage it when the pump is running.

Mounting holes exists in the design. They can fit M3 socket head screws.
