3D model description

Battery and controller box designed to fit KROSS Lever R2 bike. There is a space for 13S8P li-ion battery with BMS (build using 18650 cells) and standard KT controller.

I used the 3D print as a "shell" which was reinforced with fiberglass and resin.

I used M4 (8mm long) insert nuts to be able to join cover with M4 screws (400m long).

To make it look really nice, I applied putty, polished it, and finally painted it with matte black paint.

Unfortunately, my printer has a rather small bed, so I had to cut the 3D model into multiple pieces and glue them together.

You can also find in files a 18650 cell holder that I designed for 13S8P battery pack that fits this box.
