3D model description

Smooth Filament feeding on the Ender 3

The Ender 3 Filament Guide prevents filament breaks by smoothing out the path to extruder and reducing the cable stress as it enters the extruder feeder.

The guide uses a single 608 bearing (3D printable (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2746804)) and doesn't require any screws, nuts, or bolts.

  1. Remove your existing 2020 Extrusion end clip,
  2. Pop the newly printed one in its place,
  3. Align the guide with the clips slot and carefully push it into place,
  4. Then insert your 608 bearing into the ring and insert it between the two fingers at the end of the guide.

Optional ~ use this with the Lower Filament Guide (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4962252) for silky smooth filament movements, and greatly reduced friction during extrusions and retractions.
