3D model description

It is a very hamster-friendly, super silent and fast wheel for small hamsters.

You can mount it to the back side of the cage. It has an open front, no stand feet is neccessary, where the hamsters could harm themselves. Thanks to the ball bearing, it is absolutely silent.

3D printing settings

  • All prints are support free.
  • For strenghtening the wheel-holder piece, you need an M3x40mm cylindrical screw.
  • For the mounting to the cage, you need to insert an M5 heat insert into the top of the Wheel-holder piece.
  • For fastening to the cage, use an M5x15mm screw and the cage grab piece.
  • As for the ball bearings get 2 pcs. of nr. 625 (5x16x5mm). It is the best, if you use some glue to keep it inside the wheel.
  • If you place the bearings to the holder piece, place the distance shim between the two bearings.
