The warrior had his body full of scars, his hands and feet calloused; all his life he faced battles that were not his and didn’t mean a thing to him. Without a past or present, many like him died and were part of nameless tombs.
Called into action again by his kingdom, he had a strange moment of lucidity and began to wander in the middle of combat. And he walked and walked until he found himself in a strange forest, where a tree was calling for him.
The tree was hugging a stone frame tightly, and when he placed his eyes on them, the warrior dropped his sword and stepped through the stone frame, because he felt in his spirit that beyond it, a life with meaning was waiting for him.
