Sun Visor / Sunshade / Sunshade for BMW-compatible Mobile Phone GPS Navigation Bracket

For BMW motorcycles, there are unofficial smartphone holders with two USB charging ports that fit onto the original BMW navigation device holder and connect to the 12V power supply via the contact circuit board on the back. For these (Chinese?) navigation adapters, I have designed a slide-on sunshade that slides onto the upper retaining lugs from right to left and is thereby attached to the two left retaining lugs. For safety reasons, the sunshade can be blocked at the top left retaining lug with a piece of filament (green in the photo) so that it does not come loose due to vibrations.

I designed the sunshades in two sizes for medium-sized and large smartphones in silicone or TPU cases. The 165 mm version fits, for example, a Sony Xperia Z5 Premium with the dimensions 76.0 mm X 154.4 mm X 7.8 mm (+ cover). The 175 mm version fits, for example, a Huawei Nexus 6P with the dimensions 77.8 mm X 159.3 mm X 7.3 mm (+ thick cover). Print the sunshades in STL orientation, with support on the print bed in 0.2 at 20% infill.

Note: The sunshades will not fit the Qi wireless/USB charging version of the adapter plate due to the thicker side panels and wider retaining tabs. You can recognise the Qi version by the screwed-on retaining plate. The four screws are under the rubbers in the four corners and I have constructed a screw-on sun visor for the Qi/USB version (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4877054).
