ab86uk aka Alex was kind enough to provide a Fusion 360 file for his excellent 70mm Mecanum wheel (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3118584). From this I constructed these wheels that fit on Lego Technic axles and also uploaded my Fusion 360 files. Alex has written in the comments to his model that his version works for all four wheels on the vehicle, but as can be seen e.g. at Wikipedia, the wheels opposite each other have to be mirrored. Accordingly, there are two models here. Update 02/19/22: Alex wrote that you only have to mirror the wheel in the slicer - but I didn't think of that... :-)

Due to the lack of suitable M4 screws, I used M3x25 cap screws without nuts for this version. Attention when using the roller from my Fusion 360 files: I used 3.8mm diameter carbon rods (from an old child's kite) for the axles and reduced the roller inner diameter from 4.5mm to 4.2mm. The diameters of the axle mounts in the wheel halves are unchanged.

Print for four wheels 40 roller from ab86uk (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3118584) and my two wheel halves 4 times each (2 identical halves = 1 wheel) in STL orientation in 0.2 mm and with 25% infill. Support is only necessary for the recesses of the cylinder head screws.

ab86uk aka Alex war so nett, für sein exzellentes 70mm Mecanum wheel (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3118584) eine Fusion 360 Datei bereitzustellen. Daraus habe ich diese auf Lego Technic Achsen passenden Räder konstruiert und auch meine Fusion 360-Dateien hochgeladen. Alex hat in den Kommentaren zu seinem Modell zwar geschrieben, dass seine Version für alle vier Räder am Fahrzeug funktioniert, aber wie z.B. unter Wikipedia ersichtlich, müssen die jeweils gegenüberliegenden Räder spiegelverkehrt sein. Dementsprechend gibt es hier auch zwei Modelle. Update 19.02.22: Alex schrieb, dass man das Rad nur im Slicer spiegeln muss - nur bin ich darauf nicht gekommen... :-)

In Ermangelung passender M4 Schrauben, habe ich für diese Version die Montage mit M3x25 Zylinderschrauben ohne Muttern vorgesehen. Achtung bei Verwendung der Rollen aus meinen Fusion 360 Dateien: Ich habe für die Achsen Karbonstangen mit 3,8mm Durchmesser (aus einem alten Kinderdrachen) verwendet und die Rollen-Innenquerschnitte entsprechend von 4,5 auf 4,2 mm verringert. Die Durchmesser der Achsaufnahmen in den Radhälften sind unverändert.

Druckt für vier Räder 40 Rollen von ab86uk (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3118584) und meine beiden Radhälften jeweils 4 mal (2 identische Hälften = 1 Rad) in STL-Orientierung in 0.2 mm und mit 25% Infill. Support ist nur für die Vertiefungen der Zylinderkopfschrauben nötig.
