Sovol SV05/Creality Ender 5 Upgrades.

Beware that you might have to arrange another mounting for the power supply when using this.

Long leggs to be printed in tough material as petg or stronger and 4-5 walls and top/bottom layer and 25-35 gyroid infill.
This is because to be sure they are as strong as possible.

Tpu top is more how soft you want them but i used 5 walls and top/bottom layer and 10 gyroid infill.

Big top corner rails front will make it simplier to get the rails right by having rails close up to them.
This way you dont have measure but simply attach the rails.

One of the rear corners you use the big vwheels corner and other the big endstop corner.

There is more bigger corner pieces added to make the frame stronger if you want to add klipper and higher speeds.

Also a electronics cover if you want to mount the mother board on the machines side panel.

There is a plate to make you reuse old drilled mount for power supply now if you want to after enclosing the machine.

Fan cover i made to direct cooling air on hotend throat instead of straight down on bed,have to adjust z probe height after.

corner faceplates looks nice and make it more solid on side movements in the frame.

Not all parts might work on your ender 5 so take a close look before purchase,upgrades are done for a ender 5 clone from sovol.

This is a collection of upgrades i made for my sovol svo5 that is more or less a creality ender5 clone with a direct drive.
Sovol sv05 is more or less a better ender5 clone for usually less then 360 us dollars.
And the clone use creality parts.

Take note that the endstop corner have a specific corner piece!!!!!!

Cable support is made for my corner pieces.

Petg or harder recomended but pla + or tougher pla works.
I use cura with a ender 5 profile i simply make smaller retraction to.

walls 3-4
top/bottom layers 3-4
infill 15-25 percent.
layer height 0.16-2.4 how fast you want it printed more or less.
speed 40-70 mms.
