Recordpower CamVac filter cartridge add-on

Even the power and simplicity of the Recordpower CamVacs are outstanding - especially for it's pricepoint - there is a big downside of this device: The filter system.

To be more precise, it seems to be from the 90s as there are simply 3 bags (2 times cotton and one paper) used to keep all the dust and dirt in the barrel.

Besides the unknown performance of the stock filter, it faces quite fast a reduction of air flow once the fine dust covers the filters.

Further, in the big (outer) bag I always had huge amounts of fine dust what I also had to get rid of during emptying the barrel -> "healthy".

This led me to the conclusion to rethink the existing system and create an easy printable, fast replaceable and even washable solution.

This upgrade fits on 1, 2 or as in this example 3 motor powered devices - simply print the quantity you need.

Further, it can be installed on all camvacs with a width of 140-143mm

All parts require no support and should be printed with the flat side on the print bed.

The used filter cartridges came in quite handy as the stats are good and they are quite pricy - I'll put a link below as a reference (no affiliate link).

All you need in addition to the 2 3D printed parts are:

1x 140-160mm hose clamp

1x M10 Screw 25mm
