3D model description

Designed to be used with Thrustmaster F1 Italia.

Plug and play and can be printed as a whole with support inside.
Can add more magnets if need more force.

Additional RING is included if need more sensitivity.
PLEASE MIRROR THE PART IN YOUR PRINTING SOFTWARE

Things required for this mod:
1. 13mm magnets from Daiso ( 4 PCS )
2. 6mm magnets from Daiso ( 2 PCS)
3. M3 bolt - 34mm length and nut

Installation Details Wheel
1. Unscrew all the screws on the back of the wheel ( 12 Screws )
2. Remove all front screws ( 2 Screws )
3. Gently hold the back of the wheel and open, becareful not to pull to hard as 3 sets of wires are connected to the mainboard. Remove the wires by gently pulling the connector.
4. On the inside of the back part, remove the shifter holder. During removal, careful on the middle set of wire. ( 4 Screws )
5. During removal of shifter holder, there are 4 springs, 2 for shifter while 2 for the aluminium. Only springs for shifter is needed (2 small springs)

Installation Details Magnetic Shifter
1. After printing it, gently remove all the support.

2. Each shifter consist of 3 magnets, (2 PCS 13mm Magnets and 1 PC 6mm Magnet)

3. Install 6mm magnet first by pressing it into the housing.
4. Install 13mm magnet on the pedal by press fitting (NOTE ON THE MAGNET POLARITY - This magnet shall repel the 6mm Magnet underneath)
5. Install 13mm magnet on the housing by press fitting (NOTE ON THE MAGNET POLARITY - This magnet shall attract the magnet on the pedal)
6. Install M3 bolt and nut for the pedal and housing.

Installation Details Wheel + Magnetic Shifter
1. Hold the housing and press fit into the wheel shifter housing.
2. Try the Magnetic shifter, if the travel for the pedal requires large range of movement, you can print and add RING to the pedal to increase sensitivity up to your liking.

3. Assemble back all the parts by backtracking above process.
4. If you need more magnetic force, just add another piece of 13mm Magnet on the existing 13mm Magnets on the housing.
