3D model description

This is design of hot swap for full size 3.5 inch with 2.5 inch tray HDD for internal pc cd-rom slot (FOR STANDARD CD-ROM PLACE).
Fits my pc case - may be different with other cases but should be similar i think.
There are three packages STL, 3MF, and photo files . 3D packages have 14 files without photos.
The photos show how it is supposed to be put together and what it can do. Besides, there is a video on YOUTUBE where I show how to assemble the case and how not to assemble it (I think I made all the mistakes I wanted to avoid, but it was my first video on YOUTUBE :) )

I received sata cable connectors bent in all directions (in a place covered with hard rubber - shown in photo - inaccurate cast), so I decided to design and replace it.

If you have questions, leave a comment.

If there is a demand, maybe I will be able to make a non-mounting printout consisting in removing the supports. But any damage will require re-printing, not replacement, as center-printed pins have poor strength and a lot of lever force is needed to remove the disc. Leave a comment.

3D printing settings

FIRST TWO WAS PRINTED WITHOUT KLIPPER ON E5PRO with merli 2.0.6 AND THEY ARE SITTING IN MY PC :)
Printing time was about 20-24 hours (That was tests-I can't say exactly)

All Files are exported in position that they were printed, the choice of adhesive layer is yours ).

There is need to have 7 skrews 3.5x9.5~9mm shown in the video.

Ender 5 Pro on klipper (to get better quality I switched to KLIPPER, that is one that was assembling on video)
speed - 80mm/s
nozzle 0.4mm
Pressure advance - setup on klipper (each printer is different need to be tested)
acceleration - stock (500mm/s2 - i think)

SATA CONNECTOR PIN 2x.stl must be printed twice !!!

Files printed with 100% infill:
CONNECTOR PLATE.stl
FRONT CASE.stl
FRONT FLAP PIN.stl
FRONT FLAP.stl
FRONT FLAP-PUSHER PIN.stl
LONG PUSHER.stl
PUSHERS CONNECTION PIN.stl
SATA CONNECTOR BOTTOM.stl
SATA CONNECTOR PIN 2x.stl - PRINT TWICE!!!
SATA CONNECTOR TOP.stl
SHORT PUSHER PIN.stl
SHORT PUSHER.stl

Files printed with 15% infill:
CASE.stl
tray 2,5 inch.stl

SUPPORTS:
CASE.stl
tray 2,5 inch.stl
FRONT FLAP.stl
That was printed with supports or better to say they had supports in selected places based on cura.
