3D model description

For my Dutch train layout I needed also bicyclists but, as far as I searched, impossible to get. So I decided I needed to learn makehuman and blender to make them myself. I didn't print them all, (and actually I made too many) I took the bicycles from thingiverse and molded the people onto it. Created a "pose" and mass created a big number of different people, clothed differently. The process isn't perfect since often the meshes were manifold and not solid, so with meshmixer I made them solid which sometimes created strange side effects.

I printed some with a resin printer, I discovered that in order to print some of them, I still had to open them in meshmixer, "Edit -> make solid". Put both the sliders on "Solid Accuracy" and "Mesh Density" to the right (512 and 512) press Accept and export them overwriting the original.

To make sure the people fit on the bicycle (for ones who don't have the bicycle), I imported the bicycle in Meshmixer and put the person on the bicycle. There are 3 bicycles, one for males, one for females and a race bicycle. You will have to figure which person will fit on which bicycle. Combine them, (select both, and then choose combine) export and print

In due time I will upload the ones I succeeded in printing
