3D model description

This interesting project is about printing a 3D model to assemble and build a LED floodlight with wall bracket, using 3D printing technology.

STL files are provided to print all the parts.

The model consists of a frame to place four (4) 135x10 mm segments, cut from a conventional 1 m LED strip, with 30 or 60 leds per meter, as desired, and a 220/5V DC 2A source inside (it has interior space for it).

The LED strip segments, are fixed on the LED support piece, and are connected by passing the wires through the slits provided for this purpose. In the end there will only be 3 wires (+Vcc, GND, and ENT signal) that will be connected to the power supply and LED driver, which are both located behind the LED holder, in the box.

Four pillars allow the enclosure to be closed and the LED bracket to be attached.

For fastening, 15x3 mm screws can be used on the back of the box.

Glue or EVA type silicone glue should be used for fixing the poles to the LED holder.

The source wires (220 VAC) can be pulled out through the center tube of the universal bracket.
