Well, this is just for fun.

Adapt robocop arm for use with Real American Hero type gijoe.

Warning:

To make them fit well, you need to print:

SHOULDERS
ELBOW
RINGS

With 0.01mm horizontal expansion set to cura/slicer etc.

The hand can be printed normal.

Remember to disable expansion depending on what you are printing.

For the pins of the arms, I am using a typical gijoe screw, the kind used to screw the thighs of the legs.

You may need a dremel or similar to adjust holes, sand or polish. I think it has a medium difficulty, to get an acceptable assembly.

To join the parts of the shoulders you can use glue, right at the lace point.

Remember to do a 100% infill on the small pieces like the elbow or the pins.

I have also observed that although the arms fit well, they cannot be folded back, since the washer prevents this from happening. It is possible that I will fix it in the future, or leave it as it is, since it is more like a real bionic arm, since you could not move it as much.

Para los pasadores de los brazos, estoy usando un tornillo típico de gijoe,de los que se usan para atornillar los muslos de las piernas.

Es posible que requieras de dremel o similar, para ajustar agujeros, lijar o pulir. Creo que tiene una dificultad media, para conseguir un montaje aceptable.

Para unir las partes de los hombros puede usar pegamento, justo en el punto de encaje.

Recuerda hacer un infill del 100% en las piezas pequeñas como el codo o los pasadores.

También he observado que aunque los brazos encajan bien, no se pueden plegar hacia atrás, ya que la arandela, impide que esto suceda. Es posible que lo solucione en un futuro, o lo deje así, ya que se asemeja mas a un brazo bionico real, ya que no lo podrías mover tanto.
