Magic z for 3d printers.

Wanted to solve a few small artefacts on my 2 smaller machines.
So i constructed this for a 608zz bearing i had at home.

Works better then expected and removes the weight on the nema motors internal bearings.

a bearing cost less then a motor.

If you have a short shaft on your motor you could try to not use the printed washer but i recomend to use it.

My z turns alot lighter after i installed this and smoother.
But its not sure it works as great for yours so keep that in mind.

Why a 608zz bearing and not a bearing with a 5mm inner diameter?
( 608zz have 8 on inner)

I had the 608 at home and its more heavy duty for my ender5 clone that have the bed going up and down on z.

Why charging money for my things?
I dont have patreon or channels that help me fund crazy builds and experiments.
I have cults 3d for it.
And it more or less helps to filter out bots on free sites that steal designs that are put up for free without crediting creators.
Free or free some charge monthly fees without sending anything to creators.

Z motor usually dont get to hot but good to be sure.

top/bottom layers 3
print slow 30-40 mms
0.15-0.2 layer height.
Layer height is so the supporting part on top of bearing dont get a to weak on the part supporting the coupler.
