3D model description

A lot of people like to use the FMS EDF units in their Freewing planes. An issue I always encounter is that the FMS housing is about 1/4" longer than the Freewing units. So, if you want to use an FMS EDF in a Freewing plane, this requires either swapping out the housing with a Freewing EDF housing, or carving out foam to accommodate the larger FMS housing. Now there is a 3rd option.

I designed this as a low-profile adapter ring, which allows an FMS EDF unit to be used in the Freewing models without having to carve out additional foam. Simply replace the stock inlet ring with this one and the FMS unit should fit in the existing Freewing plane without modification.
