DIY FPV camera pantilt for micro servos.

The gimbal has some amazing features:
- Small: it fits into cockpit of almost any 1000mm foam plane;
- Light: 22g of printed parts, all together with bolts, nuts, servos and camera it is under 60g;
- Smooth: gears on tilt and pan optimized for smooth operation;
- Capable: 180 deg on tilt and up to 360 on pan (270 with standard servos), it uses gears with 2:1 ratio;
- Smart: optimized cable management, no strain on connectors or cables even with 360 rotation, cables are hidden in the body and not hanging around;
- Easy: print without supports to avoid post-processing;
- Versatile: mount on any airframe, special mounting holes at the bottom of the pan assembly;
- Compatible: most 9g micro servos shall fit and work;
- Durable: survives major crashes and does not develop free-play with time;
- Adaptable: any camera on market shall fit, though digital cameras fit best, make your own adapter easily!

Servos

This gimbal is optimised for Savรถx (any SH-XXXX) micro servos.
We also test our gimbal with popular TowerPro MG90S and Emax ES08MD servos.
Other micro servos, may need extra work to make them fit, this is done by scaling some parts in slicer or post-processing.

Camera

This gimbal was made with digital FPV cameras in mind: Caddx Nebula Pro-style and DJI Classic/O3. Other cameras are supported with our camera adapters system (included in download).

Hardware

M2x6 screws: 14-16 (depends on camera).

Nozzle: 0.2 to 0.4
Layer height: 0.1 to 0.2
Supports: no
Material: PLA, ABS

For the best result, use 0.2 nozzle and 0.1 layer height.
Please calibrate your printer to ensure dimensional accuracy before printing gimbal parts. If fit is too tight, reduce material flow to 95% or even 90%. Try print colder.

All parts test-printed on Bambu Lab P1S, 0.2 and 0.4 nozzle.
