3D model description

This is my version of side brackets for attaching material to the machine table, whether CNC or a manual milling machine.

It includes nut holders so you can loosen and tighten by hand, without using tools.

Two sizes of T-nuts for different table slot sizes are also included.

All bolts and nuts are M6 (Metric 6mm).

The set screw to the table is Allen type and should be checked for length so that it does not reach the bottom of the slot and damage the slot.

Once in place, it is possible to loosen and adjust this screw with a ball end Allen key allowing the position of the fixture to be changed without disassembling it.

The guide pins work well in plastic allowing you to print the entire part at once and without having to add any elements. It is advisable to lubricate them with a small amount of grease to promote sliding.

If they should eventually break, it is possible to replace them with 5 mm diameter metal bars.
