SD card holder Book

This is a sub design from my Nintendo Switch game card holder book.
I had the question for the same thing but for SD cards.
So hereby I tweak the model and can give u these designs.

I only made 1 prototype. the principle is working and knowingly the bigger designs are working.

These are per size 3 different parts.
- Hook = the clip that holds the card
- SD Book ... R = The right side of the model
- SD Book ... L = The left side of the model

These L and R model needs to be clicked into each other.
This is a very tight fit at the beginning but when in place these move freely and of course these 2 part wont come apart any time soon.

3 different sizes:
-2x1 = space for 2 cards
-2x3 = space for 6 cards
-4x2 = space for 8 cards
-4x3 = space for 12 cards

When printed the clip that holds the case shut it can be a little tight.
I tried tweaking this to be perfect but when printed on different printers the outcome is different.
So as is it can work fine or u need to heat up the clip with a lighter or heat gun and push to the inside when too tight or outside when to loose.
Be very careful with this!! To less heat and to much force it will break!!
