3D model description

Having several projects myself requiring this type of profile (3D scanner, PET bottle recycling, etc...) I modeled this profile and parts kit.

This kit includes profiles 20x20, 20x40, 40x40, ... as well as various parts like corners, connectors, covers.

The parts are designed to be assembled with T-nuts and M4 screws

Parts list:

  • T6 profiles: 20x20, 20x40, 40x40, 20x80

  • Profile 20x20 for linear junction (Ideal for making trays by connecting 3 profiles of 20x40 -> Tray of 140x... )

  • Connector : To connect 2 profiles together

  • Angle 90Β° inside, outside or side according to your needs

  • T-shaped angle

  • Rail cover

  • Cover 20x20, 20x40, 40x40 : For clean finishes

3D printing settings

20% PLA printing.

It may be better to print your parts according to their use (printing vertically for parts laid horizontally and vice versa).

Adjust the size of the profiles and rail covers to the desired length in your slicer settings.

Avoid borders for profile adhesion, prefer 3D lacquer.

For 90Β° corners, a symmetry in your slicer allows you to turn them into a left or right corner depending on your needs.
