3D model description

This is a stained glass frame with Charizard motif, from the Pokémon series. You can see the process of assembling the stained glass window in the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymmDJzPXkNY

The idea is to glue this frame to a piece of acetate with epoxy resin or instant glue, cut the excess with a scalpel and in case the edges are peeled off glue them again with instant glue. Then we only need to paint the sections with stained glass paint (which is usually diluted with Xylol).

The frame comes with a top ring to hang it from the ceiling and also comes with a base to put it on a table.

3D printing settings

For nozzle 0.4 mm:

Layer height 0.28mm (or higher with larger nozzles).

Line Width 0.39 mm (or higher with larger nozzles).

3 wall lines.

The following parameters are only a reference for Bowden:

Retraction distance 4.2mm.

Retraction speed 25mm/s.

If you have a bit of stringing problems you can always apply a little heat to break the threads and trim with a scalpel.
