3D model description

This is a fully customizable easy to print 4" intake system comprised of different angled bends and lengths of straight sections that can be made to fit almost any application to add a filter to those hard to reach turbo and intake setups. And thanks to modern easy to print filaments like PC-CF this is a cheap and easy practical solution to a otherwise annoying issue that anyone can print on almost any 3d printer. These fit together tightly to make mock up easy, then use your prefered glue to make them permanent, i use plastic weld but most any plastic safe glues will work. I personally use an inlet setup comprised of these parts printed in PC-CF on my compound tdi build and its held up great to the heat and vibrations associated with it. If you need any additional pieces to complete your inlet message me and i will design and upload the stls asap.

3D printing settings

I recommend carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate or nylon, even asa should work. PC-CF can be printed on most any printer including a stock ender 3 at its max settings. Print with all walls no infill (set walls to 6.0mm) and lower layer heights will make for better looking, stronger parts.
