3D model description

Hi Internet Sprint Car Racers!

Another custom request from Discord :)

This one adapts the 70mm PCD wheel adaptors from my other kits to the MPI Wheel with a smaller 3 hole pattern design. I think the spacing is about 39mm for the wheel holes.

The thickness is 15mm for the 5/16th bolts for the wheel and M5 25mm countersunk screws will be needed back to back fit the stubby mount from my logitech kit (https://www.thingiverse.com/RamjetX/designs)

This is intended to mount back to back and allow the Stubby mount for the G25/7/9 to be fitted flush and this can bolt directly to that. It will also fit all Thrustmaster 70mm mounts.

And of course it'll also fit any 70mm quick release mech's too.

!!! This is a first revision of the part built from the included technical drawing from MPI. If you make one and have fitment problems. Let me know in the comments and chat to me on Discord to make any changes !!!

Also.... MPI actually sell a mount like this in Alloy. It looks really good and I'd also encourage you to buy the real part first (when it comes back into stock that is....). The link to MPI's product is here https://www.maxpapisinc.com/product/logitech-g27-g920-steering-wheel-adapter-mpi-rs-lg/

I'm not sure if this is a bespoke hole pattern for their wheels. Regardless... I thought it'd be good to link their product page. If you're in a bind and need one because MPI are out of stock and you need to race... by all means download and print this :)
