3D model description

A fully printable display carousel for your keychains, and other small prints. Every part is fully printable, no need to purchase any additional pieces. Fully modular design gives you the ability to adjust this to your needs and wants.

I wanted a carousel for all my little keychains and other smaller prints that customers could easily spin and check out each print. I wasn't able to find exactly what I wanted and with every keychain being different lengths, it made it even more difficult to find.

With this, you are able choose which post you use and can even put multiple togther for additional lengths. Both the peg hook spinner and the shelf spinner rotate freely. There are 2 different sized bases (250mm & 200mm) depending on your printers size. I find the larger base to give off more stability however, the smaller size works well also.

Printable Parts Include
- 250mm Base
- 200mm Base
- 200mm Riser
- 150mm Riser
- 100mm Riser
- 50mm Riser
- Peg Hook Spinner
- Shelf Spinner
- Lock nut
- Top Cap

**5/7/23 -- Added Lock Nut V2 - Flattened the sharp edge of the taper on the locknut.

3D printing settings

All parts are sized and ready for printing. I printed mine in Numakers PLA+.

For Bambu X1C users, which is what mine was printed on, here are the settings I used:

0.4 Nozzle
0.2 Layer Height
25% Infill (I used Gyroid for the risers)
3 Walls (Not important for the base or shelfs, mostly for the risers)
230 C Nozzle Temp for Standard Mode
245 C Nozzle Temp for Sport Mode
Tree (Auto) Supports - I painted blockers on the riser threads for the insert side - SEE PHOTOS
No Aux Fan
100% Chamber Fan
