semi minnie pellet for elastic powered pellet slinger

* based off of the minnie bullet from the american civil war but is diffrent becuase the minnie ball was the 1st instead of musket balls & actual minnie ball for muskets use a lead seal for the barrel so in order for me to use this for my purpose i had to redesign it & use it as a type of artificial air foil

*currently this is the best pellet i have ever tested for this purpose

its self sourced & shoots farther than any other pellet i have used for this purpose

 its new design allows what would normally be aerodynamic drag & puts it to good use ; its actually an exception to when normally round pellets are slower than pointed pellets
