3D model description
Take fidgeting to a whole new level with the Tri-Arm fidget spinner featuring Easy Grip Technology! Our Easy Grip Technology makes fidgeting comfortable with it's rounded design unlike many other sharp-edged spinners today. Furthermore, the spiral shape of the arm forms a crevice where your knuckle can fit, allowing you to not only fidget with one hand, but also achieve superior spin speed single handedly!
Instead of using the standard 608 bearings for the outside, we used some 625s to make the arms more natural feeling and thinner. Amazingly, the small 625 bearings still provide the necessary outer weight to spin very well!
We also developed a plate sandwiching system that allows easy and repetitive removal of the bearings. It involves thee M3x8 bolts, three M3 lock nuts, and three 3D printed spacers (a lot of 3s). The 3D printed spacers ensure that the bolt head does not sink too far into the hole, exposing its sharp threads on the other side. As there is not an easy way to explain how this works in text, we have created a YouTube tutorial video to show you how!

Notes:
Though it's not necessary, I highly suggest printing these spinners at 100%. I've noticed that when an infill is used, it creates unbalanced arms which leads to vibration and a significantly reduced spin time. As for the orientation of each object, I would suggest printing the upper and lower plates where the flat side touches the build platform. This will require you to add supports under the small 1mm lip. If your slicing software does not add these supports, flip the plates and print them the other way. I would also highly suggest printing the pinch plates where the pinch part (flat part) faces toward the sky with heavy supports underneath. If you print them the other way, they are less comfortable to hold because of the residual support gunk stuff (for lack of a better word).

Tools and Parts List
Tools:
-60 in 1 screwdriver set
Parts:
-Spinner plates (CW & CCW)
-Hex spacers
-M3 bolts and nuts
-625zz bearings
-608 bearings: Okay so the links below are where to ACTUALLY get your hand spinner bearings. Other sites that say to get certain bearings are getting a high commission from your purchase; don't get those bearings! First off, we are not getting any commission from the links below and they are ACTUALLY (like really bro) what you want to get for your center bearings: best price, value, etc... Also, the bearings below don't need to be degreased. The higher the number (e.g. ABEC 7), the higher precision, and therefore, the longer the spin time. One last thing, make sure to remove the shielding on your center bearings to reduce friction and increase spin time!
-ABEC7 bearings
-ABEC 9 bearings
-ABEC 11 bearings
