3D model description

This replacement screen fixes a pretty big problem with my wife's hair dryer. She says the CHI Hand Shot hair dryer is amazing but it is very common for the screen to pop off. With out the screen its possible to touch the fan / impeller and it will suck hair into it. Both can be equally painful. Most of the reviews on amazon say the same thing. The cover fits tight enough that I didn't need to replace the screw but I did anyway. The dome on the back makes it even harder for hair to get sucked in.

Notes:
I used a 15 infill but probably could have gone with a 0 or 100. 0 infill would have probably made the outside smoother but 100 would have been stronger. Go with how you feel and let me know how it turns out.

How I Designed This
I didn't want to make an exact replacement that could fall off again. I removed the ring that holds the screen and modeled from there. I made the ring and screen all one piece that is held on with a screw. This way it couldn't fall off and would allow me to design it how ever I wanted.
