This propeller is designed for “Turboprop Engine”

Features of the propeller are as follows;
(1) 4 Blades
(2) Variable Pitch Mechanism
(3) Counterclockwise Rotation (looking to Forward)
(4) Reduction ratio = about 0.1
(5) Anti-Ice Heater Boots Bonded on leading edge of each blade (But paint at this model)

Size and shape of every parts were taken from above engine and some aircraft pictures.
This pitch change mechanism is different from the actual propeller.
[Note]
If you want to change pitch, please use two hands to rotate same direction due to prevent gear teeth jumping.

M3 screw and washer may be required to hold propeller to engine

Assembly Points

Steel balls are put into Spinner-Body01's recess carefully to keep outside bore contact.
4 Blades with Spinner-Blade04 (No.1) are inserted to Spinner-Body01 aligning all blades angle are same .
To engine, M3 Tap hole in the propeller shaft is used if desired.
Total Net Print Time: Approx. 15 HR

(Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support)
Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted.
