3D printing settings

  1. Print one of each file:

  • Jacobsen_Egg_Chair.stl

  • Jacobsen_Egg_Chair_Base.stl

You will need to use outside support material for the chair file.

  1. Once printed, the hole in the bottom of the chair should be tight and allow for a friction fit, but it may be necessary to slightly enlarge it using a drill bit.

  2. The full-size chair has an aluminum base and comes upholstered in many fabrics. If you don't have the correct color filament, use paint or permanent markers to color the finished print.

  3. Gently insert shaft of chair base into bottom of chair.
